About the course
Built for busy leaders who need to understand strategy execution without spending days out of the office. In half a day you see how the Strat.exe Model turns a strategy into results: how to translate it into the tools built for execution (a Strategy Map, a scorecard of measures and targets, and a prioritised portfolio of initiatives that actually move the needle), how to align the organisation so that every team and every employee pulls in the same direction, and how to test and monitor your strategy so that you know it is working. You leave knowing what good looks like, and what your organisation needs to do next.

Fernando Baz Founder & Managing Partner
A management consultant for almost 30 years, focused on strategy, organisation and change management and specialised in strategy execution. He spent 7 years in the consulting firm founded by Drs Kaplan and Norton, is Adjunct Faculty for Strategy Execution at GIBS, and has trained more than 10,000 delegates across Southern Africa.

No. The prices shown exclude VAT. The Master course is priced on request, and the price of the Online course is still to be defined.
Where are the in-person courses held?
The ½ day course is presented in partnership with the JSE Training Academy, at the JSE offices in Sandton, or in open training. Other in-person courses run in Johannesburg, and in-house courses run at your offices. We confirm the venue with the date.
