Anyone in an executive or managerial position who needs to master the Strategy Execution and Balanced Scorecard methodology. It is purely practical, so you need a prior understanding of the methodology (the “How to Execute your Strategy” training or similar).

Fernando Baz Founder & Managing Partner
A management consultant for almost 30 years, focused on strategy, organisation and change management and specialised in strategy execution. He spent 7 years in the consulting firm founded by Drs Kaplan and Norton, is Adjunct Faculty for Strategy Execution at GIBS, and has trained more than 10,000 delegates across Southern Africa.

Do the prices include VAT?
No. The prices shown exclude VAT. The Master course is priced on request, and the price of the Online course is still to be defined.
Do I need to know the method already?
Only for the Master in Strategy Execution. It is purely practical, so it needs a prior understanding of the methodology, such as the “How to Execute your Strategy” training. The other courses start from the beginning.
Are the courses certified?
Yes. The ½ day course is certified by The Strategy Tribe, and the 2 day, sustainability and Master courses by Global Strategy Tribe. The brochure has the details.
